My FAVORITE FF game is Crystal Chronicals, everything about how that games story plays out was amazing, and the gameplay was realllllly good.

Never understood the appeal of these games, and I still don't. Storylines and dialogue are nonsensical and annoying. Combat and exploration are boring. I really just find the whole series pretentious. If this came out as a stand alone title, it would flop hands down. It's as if it's long standing franchise and cult following just makes people overlook their numerous flaws....overwhelming amount for me to overlook. But to each their own.
