Psyopus is a pretty underground band but I think the Mork and Mindy intro is lit.

This was amazing. Thank you. Outside of shear impressiveness of this in the long run this had a very interesting probably unforeseen affect on me. I tap out at 73 (Mr. Brightside). From 73 back everyone of those riffs invokes a memory and/or emotional response good or bad (mostly good). But after 73 those riffs mean nothing to me. I don't mean that as a criticism of the music I mean they are just not locked in a part of my brain that causes any type of visceral reaction. I'm sure this has something to do with how I (and in some cases the world at large) digest my music. I've felt disconnected from the zeitgeist of music for some time. That doesn't mean I don't take in new music (or at least new to me) as I have always listened to music outside of the larger scope of popular music. That being said I still always knew what the current climate of popular music is/was. I just don't feel (good or bad) connected to the collective conscious of music any longer. I guess in some ways Paul's experiment here actually pinpoints when that started to happen for me. Now I have to see if there is a way or if I want to solve that. No I won't be listening to John Mayer we all have our personal prejudices 😃
