ОтветитьLast day of week 2 Summer Ready Challenge 🙆♀️ I wanted to stretch to this video but I couldn't do most of the movements due to my recent injury, so I switched to your 15 min upper body stretch and it felt quite good ♥️
As a part of my nutrition challenge of trying things I never tried before, today I tried Chinese Singo Pear! It is big - bigger than the regular pear but actually tastes the same! 🍐

ОтветитьWas bored with my usual workout routine so i was searching for someone new to "follow".. stumbled across on you guys and i am AMAZED. Such a good workouts energy, mood... First of all, your videos are really nicely organized with the timer the beep sound, the beet in the back, and the second you put focus on the form, the variations for everybody's level of strenght, working out to be strong and healthy . I feel good after every single one on your workout.. I am doing your 4 week challenge ( currently on the week 2) . KUDOS FOR YOU GUYS✊️

What I love about your stretch workouts is that you do active stretching, which, in my opinion, feels much better on my body to move in and out of a stretch instead of holding one for a very long time. Maybe it’s just person preference but I love this kind of stretching. Thank you!

ОтветитьWk 5 day 6- I did a 9 minute HIIT workout that was my first beginner workout a few years ago. It still can getting my breathing hard and sweating. Since today is a recovery day and I'm feeling kinda tough, I did that and now will enjoy the stretches. Thanks. 😊
ОтветитьWeek 4 Day 4 Recovery: The fitness goal today was to do MORE. I definitely want to be prepared for AMRAP tomorrow. Active recovery included MORE stretches throughout the day into evening. Plus, I completed MORE walking and MORE yoga stretches. I feel great and prepared for AMRAP tomorrow. FINISH STRONG! 🤗

ОтветитьWeek 4 Day 4! Today was a busy day for me so instead of doing the workouts during my lunch break, I did them right after I woke up. Don't know if that time of working out is for me haha, but this stretch had my back cracking/stretching out from sleep + warming up for next video 🔥
