Bro. The absolute nostalgia of this video. I did this a lot as a kid, I figured out the method to fix it all on my own trial and error out of desperation. Seeing you do it brought back so many memories. Thank you
ОтветитьSUPER MARIO LSD
ОтветитьI just did that with the JBL Charge 4 speaker and it was sitting on top of the TV.
ОтветитьI used a speaker bar to manually degauss/recolor my crt cause it had a discolor in the corner🤣
ОтветитьYOU MESSED COLOR
ОтветитьFranklin! Don't eat that muschroom!
Wooo..wooooooo
Damn, Those mushrooms mario took really started to kick in
ОтветитьI accidentally ingested my magnet. What now?
ОтветитьScientific!
ОтветитьI used to love doing this!
ОтветитьSo trippy but. Cool!
ОтветитьI remember my friend doing this with a cheap magnet to a school computer in elementary school when the teacher wasn’t looking
The screen turned purple and we were all shocked lol
Wendy's Pepsi
ОтветитьThe reason I it does that reaction because the electrons from that area gets deflected by the magnet causing a electro movements inside the Cathode ray tube or (crt) screen and the electrons trying to resolve the magnets causing the screen faulty miscoloring random images inframe.
ОтветитьIsn't there a built in degaussing system in them?
Ответитьidiot.
ОтветитьThe tv took the wrong shrooms
ОтветитьMagnet not used
ОтветитьOn some CRT‘s if you turn it off and turn it back on and if the color is still mess up it turn it off leave it off for a couple hours. takes a couple hours for the additional magnetism to discharge
ОтветитьI used to do that a lot
ОтветитьHow long would this fix last?
ОтветитьSo, mount the magnets to an electric motor. Like a drill.
ОтветитьAin't physics just the bees knees?
ОтветитьMay I ask If I can use a round speaker magnet for degaussing? Thanks.
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьJust put the magnet on the tip of a drill somehow, and put it on a slow spin as you slowly walk away. :D
Ответитьvery cool to see such experiments i gotta say my fellow man
ОтветитьI used to do this when I worked on CRT TVs. I bet my boss I could degauss a TV with a permanent magnet, easiest 20 bucks I ever made.
ОтветитьThis blows my mind how simple, cool, and entertaining this is. Great vid!!!!
ОтветитьI have one doubt: how does electron gun works according to analog video signal in CRT?
ОтветитьMario had two many mushroom
ОтветитьI want help are you still alive?
ОтветитьPretty gay
ОтветитьA 30 cm thick hand made wreath of copper wire spliced to an electrical cord. Use a circular motion 2.5 cm from the screen for 90 seconds. Wear insulated gloves.
ОтветитьThat would be sick. To watch on a acid trip!🤙🏼👀
ОтветитьMy crt has small portions of blue and pink around the sides and I never knew why. This is really interesting
ОтветитьYa sound like hiccup I like that and great tips of the vid
ОтветитьKill mario game lol
ОтветитьIt didn't work it just made it worse
Ответить🙄
ОтветитьI remember when I was 8 or 9 (early 90s) I got my dad's magnet extendable screw picker. While randomly playing around with I accidentally found out it made colors on the TV. I got into big trouble for that happening. The screen went back eventually to the regular picture but not sure if was auto degaussing or not.
Ответитьi had the same thing but the tv that i had just had a little of incorrect purity on the left side of the screen but one day my dad returned from work and had a screwdriver in his jacket pocket and i think that the thing was magnetized because when he leaned over to move the antenas to receve a channel i noticed that the purity was fixed so i got curios and latter that night i grabed the same screwdriver and i put the metal part where the purity was wrong and it got fixed and i told my dad about this and he was surprised so the next day i went with my dad to idk radioshak or somthing like that and bought magnets and the tv got fixed
ОтветитьThanks it worked!
Ответитьawesome ^^ I used to do this too
ОтветитьMARIOWARE TWISTED
Ответитьthat would’ve been a good prank back when crt tvs were in every house
ОтветитьMy crt monitor has a degauss function however I still have discolored tints in the bottom corners. Should I try this instead?
ОтветитьMarkiplier
