ОтветитьThe part about outsourcing: a lot of the work of managing a property is easier now due to technology. For example, my renter has their payments automated so I don’t have to do anything to collect. Just saying in the case this would deter anyone, there are free tools to make it easier.

But my concern and what is holding me back is, what will happen when rental prices start to decline? I am in Florida and rents are crazy high to the point where families are really struggling. It cannot keep up this way, so you’d have to think rents eventually are going to have to correct and go down eventually? Is this a legitimate concern and how do you go about it.
