I Tried eFootball 2024 and... Worth It?

Dont call it efootball or konami, call it: the scam of Hideki Hayakawa

FIFA was a good game in my time between 1999 and 2002. After a long time I played EA FC and I wasn't even surprised that it got even worse. At the end of the day it's just about two football games, I think Konami has the potential to bring the game to a good level.

I found efootball more smooth, realistic but simple. Very fun game to play when relaxed, but the ai games with 259 points on pro mode is the most annoying thing to ever occur

I think they should go to the PES way and bring the Become a Legend mode back

Oh men I miss PES so much 😢.

This game's a lot more fun as FIFA but it lacks content, it needs something like squad battles from FIFA and a proper online league system. The way you can build an amazing team (for free) but also how you can level up players in efootball is just amazing.

This game is slow as hell and their responsiveness is sluggish. But fifa is not an option. They shd work on the sluggishness. The players trip far way too easily and it takes some time before they gain their footing and that's irritating. However, it's free and I must give them a thumbs up for that.

I can't say that i love Efootball, but its the case of, I hate Fifa, so not much of a choise i have haha.
Efootball feels better in many ways, but it also pisses me off sometimes. But still its a better game in my opinion than fifa, why? Here is why.

1. No political currectnes in game, no woman with stats better than Mordić or Neymar, just pure game.
2. THey value youre time, CLAIM ALL button is gold.
3. Transtarent packs, no duplicates which means you know exactly what is the chance of getting player, end each time you spin and get a player, you have bigger chance to get what you want.
4. Intuitive menu, most of things are where they should be. In Fifa everything is everywhere, want to change Uniforms? Go to Stadium menu, what did you thing of, Team managment menu? No its Stadium.
5. You can create your own formation, move players wherever you want, change their tictics and priority, change DMF to CMF without changing his position so he will play more of CMF mid position.
6. Hate EA, good Fifa left them
7. No Running crabs on the field. Like really it looks like everyone is crouching in this game, ninja style.
8. Dribling in Fifa is unreal, it looks cool but its unrealistic and fake, its arcade game so yea.
9. and we have ourself wonderfull, great master ALGORYTM, you piss the algorytm off, and there is no way you win. You win too many games? Thats it bro, you gotta lose this one at least. And there is no way arround it, youre not fighting with your oponent anymore, youre figting with stupidity of your players and scripting. There also is some scripting in Efootball, but it is not as invasif as Fifa.
10. You have to like the game fo all cost, if you dont then they will do everything to keep you playing, they will setup win matches so you can feel good and keep playing. There were games when I got absolutely smashed by a guy who didnt even knew how to play, he was making bad passes, he could not drible at all, just rush straight in hope he scores. Sadly he got like 3 shots on target and 3 goals, when I had like 20 shots on target and scored 1. So yeah.

Because of all of this and more, ill never ever play fifa again. I gave it a chance because last fifa I played was Fifa 2012, and next one was 2023, so I did play decent amout of hours, but I cant stand the game, the manu, the quest and challanges, claim everything one by one, and then open one by one. Its so much time wasted just so they can show managers charts with time spent ingame by players. Not like they choses to spend this much time, they have to spend it, but yea, celebration corporation.


Thats it. Enjoy guys, whatever you play. But If you will keep giving money to EA they will never improve.

efootball 24 is the real simulator, EA sports fc 24 is unfortunately very artificial and arcade, there is not much football in it...

for free game,, thats Ok ,although i never play this game anymore,. if i boring play FIFA, i come back play ePes21

Yeah I really hope you will give efootball a chance. When it comes to gameplay. I have more fun than playing Fc24's gameplay. There's just something about the way the players dribble with the ball in Fc24 that I really don't like. And the way the ball sometimes moves in the game that makes it look so bad.

Lol the ball doesn't stick to the foot of the players like on fifa !!!! Unlike arcady fifa,you need to know how to move and control the ball ! You dont have all the things fixed 100 % because it is not arcade ! This gives more unpredictability and realism ... On stadium or live broadcast cameras eFootball îs The best football from the last years by far ...On this game it takes some time to get used with it to reach its substance

The best football game that I have ever played is winning eleven 3 World Cup 98 , I am still playing it with the duckstation emulator.

I miss the old PES, you could download kits and edit the leagues for the unlicensed stuff. Some might find doing that tedious but it was worth it for me cos I preferred the gameplay.
