I agree with every bit of what you say and think, Simon! Humans need that real compassion, selflessness, humanity, and empathy to be able to say, "Let's work and grow together" rather than, " You work, I'll pay you" Employees are treated as mere machines having no families and feelings. Nevertheless, they work to reach the employer's expectations. If only employers treated employees with a human touch, workplaces would be paradises to prosper.
