Ответить"trained to deal with the high temperature"
That key for having his ass chewed out for making management look incompetent as they are.
How do you train someone to deal with high temperatures? You don't. I'm sure their "training" is something along the lines of "deal with it, deliver the packages, or get fired".
ОтветитьTrained how to deal with high temperatures? They throw some propel packets on top of our 450 packages and take our bonuses away if we don't finish our routes on time 😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьThat happened to me like couple times and um.. it happened to me today in april 4th and my stepdad take care of me at least I felt better
ОтветитьI was a driver for over 10 years, this company ONLY care about quarterly profits and keeping their own bonuses paid in full. The company is refusing to put FANS, not AC, a simply FAN in trucks. I am still in contact with many of my old co-workers whom are drivers, and the on-car supervisor PCM'd that "OSHA is in the area today, do NOT let them on your trucks." How evil and malicious can this money hungry company be?! Their drivers, who by the way have to be absolutely perfect on the road or its discipline, are passing out and DYING from the heat, OSHA is trying to investigate the working conditions and they are saying to block them. F*** UPS, this company is run by demons, and the devil himself. Quitting was the best decision I have ever made.
ОтветитьNon emergency line?? Wow
ОтветитьI've been leaving a cooler full of cold bottled water and Gatorade out with a note for all mail and delivery carriers. I encourage others to do the same.
ОтветитьDrink alot of water but can only pee in bottles with no bathroom breaks.
ОтветитьTraining: Just try not to die. Training, please…
ОтветитьProb overworked.
ОтветитьI'm sorry he had to go through that. I'm glad I don't get packages from UPS or even stuff that can't fit in the mailbox.people are crazy .
ОтветитьUps should supply each driver with bottled water in chest in their trucks. At other jobs they have water fountains, right?
ОтветитьTime for another job... It's not even August yet.
ОтветитьHeat exhaustion is extremely dangerous. He had to be very scared and feeling very sick. I hope he got proper medical care.
ОтветитьYou cannot train someone to endure deadly heat
