I got a question but havn't got around to testing it was hoping someone might know. lets say a ability like dehyas skill is in play and ganyu charge shots a enemy who has no element effecting them at the time whos elemental mastery comes into play ganyus who shot the arrow or dehyas whos fire circle proced cuz of ganyus shot. I feel like it would be dehyas even tho she would be off field at the moment based on the info because ganyus shot hits setting up ice than dehyas fire procs as a result of the hit than meaning it would hit after right?
