Also having a family history of preclampsia, my grandmother had it, and my sister all of the sudden developed it, she did not fit the criteria for 'at risk', she almost died because it came on VERY fast, she had constant vomiting and diarrhea. she was so close to dieing.

I think excessive hunger should as be considered as a symptom.
