When we got the breaking news about The Queens health, here in The States, I knew the situation was grave. It was hard to accept that The Queen would be transitioning soon. When I told my mom and sister that The Queen was gravely ill, they both asked "What Queen"? It was unbelievable. I know that the royal family has a complex history but you guys were blessed with a sovereign who faithfully dedicated her life to you. For me, she was a living historical figure. A beautiful sweet soul who ruled for over 70 years consistently. I loved to see her with her corgis and her grand and great grandkids.

I was on the train coming back from the west end. I’d checked the reports during the interval of the show and it said that the royal family were rushing to Balmoral to be with the queen. And on my way home I got the news alert to say the queen had died. Everyone on the train got the same alert because everyone started shouting the queens died.
I had been to Buckingham palace earlier that day and there were reporters already there. I knew something bad was going to happen😢

Since the Queen passed away there has just been chaos in the world. 🤔
