What I'm failing to understand is why are these stats tracked so differently for different characters? Why is Zarya's accuracy tracking different from Pharah's?

Why isnt Moira on the list? You can get 150% efficiency or is that different from accuracy?

Weapon accuracy can definitely go over 100%, use any weapon that fires multiple projectiles that penetrate enemies for example. (Warframe would be your key example for getting ridiculous accuracy numbers in the hundreds, sometimes the thousands with more insane builds)

How does Moira's Coelessance healing efficacy works? I had 101% earlier, that's what brought me here.

I was playing the PvE mode as Winston and I somehow got a 297% secondary fire accuracy and have no idea how. My only theory is that during one of the cutscenes it "wipes" the accuracy and just continues to add onto it. But later it would decrease if I hit it or not. So I dunno how to even happened.
