How to print as pdf on mac os Catalina , Mac Big Sur

i could not find how to print pdf. like if i have 10page of pdf i want to print in 5 pages both sides. here in mac i cannot print both sides and i need 10 pages everytime . kindly teach how to print both side if my printer can print one side. like how to turn pages during printing.

But cant select pages from 1 to whatever
