Galaxy S22/S22+/Ultra: How to Backup Calls, Contacts, and Messages to a USB Drive

I wish it were that easy. I tap on external storage and it wants to download samsung switch even though it recognized my external drive. As I expected.

I have real bad virus through games apps which i had downloaded through app called CashWalk. CashWalk monitors your steps everyday & you get so many coins. Once you accumulate so many coins you get $5 coupon which you can spend at Walmart, Starbucks & many other places. Whilst you walk this app also talks you into downloading games & it is these games which are full of virus & they steal your credit card info, your personal data, emails & these viruses are pushed into everyday useage apps. All the apps which i have downloaded through reputable Samsung app are all safe but these viruses are crept into those good apps too.
So basically i am going to download on a very similar usb c to the one you have & see how it works. Thank you so much for your video.

I need to download almost all my data from my phone. i.e contacts, pictures, videos, notes, whatsapp, text . . .
Than i will do a factory reset. I will than upload all the data from my usb c to my phone again.
Is this the right way getting rid of all the viruses from my phone.
