Display Function Arguments for UDFs and All Functions - Excel Quickie

Is this still useful since LAMBDA came out?

is there any way to force the Excel to always show the argument names in UDFs? Ctrl + Shift + A is brilliant but if you don't know there may be a problem. Giving real life example, at work I create a UDF and send spreadsheet to bunch of people who aren't experts with Excel. If they want to do some analysis it would be great that after clicking inside of the UDF function they could see argument names etc... ???
