My story of asking for physical diagnosis ending up being mental: I was having problems with getting sleep. I had this symptom where I was always getting hungry in the late evenings. I ate but the hunger didn't go away no matter how much I ate. As I was feeling hungry, I couldn't sleep. So I went to school nurse asking for advise how to eat more regularly/etc. She booked me an appointment for school psychologist instead. I was so confused thinking "How does my eating/sleeping problem has anything to do with psychology?" But went there anyway. Ended up going for the next two years. So glad the nurse was able to spot that and showed me the right direction.

I suffer from MISOPHONIA. The anxiety and depression is 10000% accurate.

I have misophonia (sorry I don’t think I spelt it right) but it’s rough during school. I have almost walked out of class I yell at people and I cry a lot. I try so hard not to but it’s something I can’t help i can help just about as much as a sneeze. And if I do stop my reactions from showing it ruins my whole day and it ruins my relationship with my parents.

I love that my Dr. went through the trouble of looking up Misophonia after I mentioned I have that issue. I experience visual triggers as well and personally I believe it's connected to some kind of ASD that went undiagnosed in childhood. There's still so much we don't know about it.

If I dated a doctor, I would really understand, well, I am studying to be a nurse, so that's gonna be a real medical kind?of conversation 😅😅

i never tought dr mike wold listent to his heart plus when he tryed to let us listent to his heart why i found that sweet of him and why did his heart sound like a drill? that was weird (for those who where wonderind why i sayd those "cringe" things i sayd those cuz im courious cuz i want to be a cardiologist cuz he inspired me to be an doctor :D)( *next day * i realise that drill sound is edited)

that's a big wrong in the science domaine they don't intersting by the religion and somes scientist hate the religion as muslim and scientist and sportive girl i lived many things to make me far to the religion in a counry consider muslim because the religious persons in every domain coudn't do the harm and they are very consient persons and they worked by them heart and untel some proffesors said don't pray at the hospital and i think the science make the person more fear and near to the god i think the person scient far to the god they don't understand realy the sceince because the god says in him qur'an the peaople most fear from the god are a scients and every prophet as the qur'an the god give him a science to direct the people to the right way

it's good to be with someone interesting in the same thing that you interested but more than that the religion and the ethics and before the work we are man and woman and in my religion there are just one direction to realise something like that just by the wedding

As a singer who was training to sing, years ago. I found out that I possess hyper hearing and could sing overtones that no one else could hear. Including, hearing when the overtones in a piano were going flat. I've never had time to worry about finding someone, I have always been to busy following dreams.😀

I feel like misophonia isn’t as rare as it’s thought to be. I’ve had it as long as I can remember and I know others with it too. I think people just aren’t aware it’s a “thing” lol

Why do periods happen?

Misophonia isn’t a fear for me per say, but a trigger for seizures. I don’t like certain sounds, so I avoid them even making sure I have headphones to sleep with. It’s more like audio sensitivity

Hey Dr. Mike I’ve got a very important question I could really use your help with what are your views on using medical marijuana for pain instead of hydrocodone pain pills my uncle was addicted to hydrocodone for years and made him an awful person that nobody wanted to be around he’s also an army veteran where is severe PTSD so he went to a doctor that prescribed him a medical marijuana card I live in Texas by the way and now he get edibles from that doctor and he is completely off hydrocodone and doing great he is a much better person now as well I asked my doctor if he would give me medical marijuana card and he said no and so I said if I go to another doctor to get one would it be OK to use with my medication that I’m on and at one point he trying to put his hands over his ears and was doing that I can’t hear you I can’t hear you thing like if I go and do it he doesn’t wanna know about it LOL I’m on a lot of different medications I’m a brain aneurysm survivor I’m 10 years I also had an ischemic stroke a few days after my hemorrhagic stroke from the second of four brain surgeries develop A client the aneurysm rupture love you paralyzed on the left side of my body and in chronic pain 24/7 I’ve been on the hydrocodone 10/325 mg for the last 10 years and it no longer is helping my pain at all it’s like I might as well be swallowing a skittle because the hydrocodone just nothing and he doesn’t know what else to do for my pain levels I get prescribed 90 hydrocodone a month I only take them when I need them that’s what I’ve always taken them but they haven’t been touching my pain at all for the last probably five or six months or so give or take so that maybe if I could try the legal when this is all marijuana that might help me with my pain and I could get on the hydrocodone completely please help I would give anything to have you as my doctor but I live in TexasThat’s a long way from where are you practice medicine!

I think so......whenever l'm suffering emotionally l swear to God it triggers inflammation. Crazy as that sounds. And bread.....lol 🤣 Diet is huge...... and then when l'm in pain l'm really a b- - ch to everyone....including myself.

So I am a patient and I have a Ganglion on my left foot to be removed I came up to this video cause it is written" Advice on dating a doctor" ... soooo The first time I saw the doctor who is going to make a surgery on my Foot, I had a huuuuuge crush!!!! cause he was so caring and he seemed so young, like my Age... 31... or so... and I came home I stalked about the hospital and there was this wonderful Video, where he was on work for 24 h or 17 h a day... and I though, would he ever have a Privite life by it's own? and the way the behaved with other patient too it was so nice and caring! and really wonderful! and I would love to tell him that and I would love to ask him if it is possible to meet him out after my surgery... but I am afraid to make his life complicated... of to be super embarrassed... if he has a Gf ? I don't know ... but I also think it is so usual for patient to fall for a handsome doctor who is caring with everyone... But yeah... I would love to see a video about, relationship patient and doctor and if it is possible to date them! ahaha
