I do like the original I think the piano in the 2nd needed lower key in my opinion but both had decent parts. Drums were better on the 2nd but base and melody was better one 1st but feel there is to much going on in the 2nd.

Too much low end, it's like there's no other instruments besides the bass and kick, a bit more balance in the mix raise the high instruments more. Those Yamaha's are probably making you think like there's not enough low end when in fact there's too much.

Gain staging, please. You lose all fine control in the mixing console when you use it to crank inputs down. crank the input down before it hits the mixer so that all your sliders are at 0 before the final mix.

I am kinda new to Fl 20 and I have the nektar Lx25 now when I assign sounds or sample to a pad or key, is there a way to tap a pad but have the notes or sample stop playing when I remove my finger off the pad? because when sample is assigned and I tap the pad and release, the whole sample plays out. I was wondering if there is a way to not have it that way. I would like to have to hold the pad down in order to play the whole sample abs when released, it stops. Or is slicing the sample the only way. Please reply in dummy terms cuz that’s what I am when it comes to this. 🤷🏽‍♂️😊

Kyle, i gotta tell you as a producer: not everything is fire, exepct when the most beats sounds similar.
Same drums all the time also they sounds super empty at some points!
If you really want to improve yourself you shouldnt be "fine" or "proud" of everything like "there is nothing i could do better", because there is always something which could be better.
