Where can I find the recipe I really want to make this?
ОтветитьI been following his channel! La Capital! Love his recipes! I want to meet him😢😢😢
ОтветитьI love him!
ОтветитьSe ven bastante bien, pero please!!! Ponles limón 😂cada que veo que comen tacos me da ansias que no les ponen limón
ОтветитьI haven't ever tried a taco like that. I always say I'm not a taco guy but I think I would become one if I had one of those.
ОтветитьDAaaaa UM ! I did it, U skooled me 2
ОтветитьSo happy I came across your video! cant wait to make it.. Thank you for sharing your recipe ;)
ОтветитьTry chantys birria it’s delicious and authentic
Ответитьlooks like a bunch of shredded meat and cheese to me
Ответитьwhy do you stress about the mortar and pestle but do your salsa in the blendtec instead of a molcahete anyways
ОтветитьLove the video and this guy truly makes amazing Mexican food but the fact you mentioned that he said: "as a true Mexican he said the tortilla must be made with corn" that's either a lie or he is wrong, in the Northern part of Mexico, they broadly use both corn and flour tortillas. Ask anyone from Nuevo Leon.
ОтветитьEsos tacos quedaron muy quemados.
Ответить🤤
ОтветитьYou should try birria with goat meat
ОтветитьThis is my go to comfort food. Have made it a few times and if you want to save some money without sacrificing flavor, you can use chick steak and some neck bones instead of short ribs... Still amazing. Also, if you have a pressure cooker, you can cut the cook time to one hour.
ОтветитьHi! Looks great, where do I add the spice berries?! Thanks
ОтветитьLove all your videos and I’ve learned so much, this recipe however is definitely my next dish to make omg they look delicious,👏🏼👍🫡👵🏼
ОтветитьThere should be a national holiday if not world wide for celebrating quesabirria tacos.
Heck let’s make it an entire month but definitely have a day marked on all calendars to worship and honor all things birria.
Love this channel and recipes! We are in the process of making this as I type and am wondering where SPICE BERRY comes in. Is it the whole berry or an allspice powder. I did not see it used. Thanks to anyone that can shed some light! We can't wait to try this meal especially watching the "crews" reactions! Thanks a ton for this!!!
ОтветитьNow THAT is some proper grilling music!!
ОтветитьIf you don't skip Tacos, you can see the result😄😄
ОтветитьDid all that work to forget putting the cheese down first lol
ОтветитьYou can tell how badly he was schooled because he even had to capitalize the entire word in the title so you know it's worse than anyone would ever imagine. 💯
I miss Mexico, siempre. This wasn't how we ever ate them anywhere in Mexico in the last 12 years but still looks tasty.
The h3ll s Biddia ?
ОтветитьWow Mexico got fat like a mf over the years, Eating all that carne asada and not going to the gym
ОтветитьLOOOOL, FINALLY FINALLY THE CROSSOVER I NEED IT
ОтветитьMaybe you could add the recipie, so i can buy everything? Awesome video
ОтветитьAmazing how seemingly “peasant food” has become so sought after and regarded.
Sushi, Gnoki, ratatouille, Biria the list goes on. I just love how food brings people together.
You knock this out of the park with the added salsa recipes. Thank you so much for that!! Now I need to write all this down and find some time to get into the kitchen and make it work. Although, I’m not going to lie, I’m probably going to make my own tortillas….
Thank you for doing this great dish a wonderful presentation!
I came here for the consume butter
ОтветитьHow did you get the salsa red? Mine comes out green/brown.
ОтветитьGuga,We Did it! Used this recipe but added the twist of smoking the meat on my Workhorse Pits smoker first, then used the meat with some good smoky flavor and followed your lead..
Those tacos kicked a punch for sure. Thanks for not skipping school that day!
You burned the tortillas! 0/10
ОтветитьFinally guga makes something good
ОтветитьSo when you leave the pot cooking for 3 hours, is it under low flame or medium?
ОтветитьIngredient list please!!!
ОтветитьLove this recipe! Quick tip: In case of any minor burns while cooking, Honey Lavender Magic is a secret weapon for quick relief. It's been my kitchen essential! 💜
ОтветитьAt first I was mad watching you cook, just saying, a good amount of this and a good amount of that, but then I saw the recipe in your details. THANK YOU ! Trying this today. I will update my comment later. ✌✌
ОтветитьYeah I need this in my life LOL
ОтветитьHalfway through cooking the consome should taste resemble spaghetti water right?
ОтветитьDidn't see what you used the fat off the cosume for? (Or how you cooked them with it)
ОтветитьChivo/Goat is the real deal
Ответитьhow did you reheat your rib meat? anything specific? looks great! thanks!
ОтветитьI wish you said which chilies you used exactly
Ответить"if you don't think these are cool You're not cool!" 🤣
But wow those look delicious nicely done, thanks for sharing.
For the marinade, how much meat and how much water? Don’t wanna over water it and make it bland.
ОтветитьIs this vegetarian?
ОтветитьHow many tacos does this specific recipe make? I need about 25-30 tacos. & enough consume for 5 ppl. Also, what about combining some short rib with chuck roast👀? Who says no?
ОтветитьQue chulada
ОтветитьSave money, same recipe, substitute neck bones (espinazo) I paid $1.79 a lb on the weekly special at the halal market. Use a ratio of 2lbs Chuck roast to 1lb espinazo to reduce fat.
