ОтветитьTYSM, Anna, you have helped me so much as well as the stretches from your stretch channel!! At first I was working on my splits, then I started practicing with an object to hold my legs while grabbing my foot. Then I suddenly remembered that you had several videos on how to do a scorpion. I started off one day, and even with one video, my scorpion was very visibly improving💕💕!! And I am going to try and do this stretch routine as often as possible❤❤❤❤

Anna thank you so much for this amazing tutorial! I have been following it for just three days and I can now do a scorpion. It's not a great one but before I couldn't even get my arms overy head to grab my foot. I will continue to follow this tutorial and thank you so much again!

Day 2: a bit higher then it was still can’t pull my leg closer I tried the door skill It didn’t work well
Day 3: got it a bit closer but still no❌
Day 4 kept my body straight
Day 5: was doing great but still inflexible
Day 6: pretty good so far 🤩
Week 1:I could pull my legs closer I could touch my toes a lil bit still need balance
