You said that Google pixel can digitally zoom up to 20x, well it can digitally zoom up to 30x

I will never buy a pixel phone again.
1. If the phone heats up video recording quality is decreased and it shows a popup "device hot video quality may be reduced"
2. Network quality is not up to the mark
3. Charging takes more than 2 hours and it sucks
4. Dark Mode mode is really useless it is a fully greyish color...
Oppo phones has really black drak mode
5. Device heats up even for normal usage.....
6. 4k 30 video is fine but 4k 60 and 1080p 60 are terrible, it is filled with tons of noise...

Even, 4k 30 videos sometimes it is good sometimes filled with lot of noise. It is very inconsistent

The pixel is cheaper, so probably better value for money. The P7P cost the same price as the regular Samsung S23 in the UK

Google has natural looking photos of which most people wouldn't like, I prefer the natural look than the edited look on the Samsung, I think Google takes it in day light photos❤️

on human faces, the pixel is way better than the galaxy. Most importantly, here in Morocco, the galaxy S23 ultra costs $1000 used mint condition, while the pixel 7 pro costs $520 used mint condition. The difference is day and night, it's half the price. It's even another phone price in difference. Great video by the way. Please keep up the good work.

Seriously? I have probably watched 10 different YT channels comparing both of these phones and yours is the only channel I could see the quality difference between two phone cameras. Pixel 7 Pro is much superior. I'm sure Google will push updates in coming years to extract maximum out of that 50mp hardware which will make Pixel 7 Pro a superior camera phone. Which matters to me than S Pen or 200x zoom.

I have a Pixel 7 Pro and am very disappointed with the Cinematic pro's inconsistency and horrible autofocus, the moment you mentioned that the S23 Ultra's portrait video is the best even beating iPhone's Cinematic Video which to me was awesome, I made my decision! Is there an option to make it so photos taken on the S23 ultra are more cool ? The yellow tones are not very realistic.

Magic eraser is now available on any phone with a Google one account. I prefer the Samsung object eraser, but I'm not sure if you mentioned that. Great video though! Appreciate all the great info!

Why the shutter lag hasn't been mentioned? Makes photos childs, animals and sport unusable, similar to taking photos while being in move eg. from a car.

For the price the pixel 7 pro is the best. But the S23 Ultra has some nice extra stuff (like the pen or the better zoom) which you must pay for if you need it.

It looks like the Pixel 7 Pro takes more natural photos. Photos taken with the Samsung S23 Ultra look way to artificial.

Nothing about shutter lag on S23 ultra??? I've got both and that feature alone is what is keeping me using the P7P.

to sum up the Pixel 7 pro manages better what you need the most and frequently , Galaxy S23U more muscles you need in some tough situations like the insane zoom for instance and other stuff.
even if one of them is offered to me for free I would pick the Pixel 7 pro because on camera almost neck to neck on the mostly needed stuff, better at some points just enough on some others, but the important part is software and AI that lead the board ❤ because the P7pro it is not only about camera way more than that.

I think Pixel is the overall winner in Camera, Samsung for video but P7p isn't bad at all even my Pixel 4's video is very usable. 1 thing I noticed in S23U is it brigtens up more the photo thus details and highlights are blownout. Pixel manages it well overall and can also be adjusted in GPhotos.

Yes it may win just. But i paid £500 for the pixel 7 pro new. Unwanted upgrade. Its a nooo brainer lol you can get the pixel for half the price of the Samsung so tell me really who is the winner really. All so you mention samsung has 200 mega pixels. Obviously the pixel doesnt but how about you mention about long exposure and action pan that the pixel does. Then it must be a tie. Peace out ❤

The Magic Eraser is not unique to Pixels and especially Samsung had this feature long before Pixels.

For colorimetry, deactivate the Samsung scene optimizer and choose the natural tone for selfies and for the screen.

* The S23, 22 and 21 have the Magic Eraser too... the 22 and 23 come with it from the factory.
* Maybe it would be nice to put Timelapse in the comparison too... much better on the S23u.
* You forgot to put Samsung's 8k on the final list, which in my view should not be overlooked this time.
* An item that is also very cool, which many question as bad on the S23u is the moving photo, which I believe the Pixel is better... I could put it in the comparisons because every day this is an item that many comparisons have highlighted.

Did you turn off the scene optimizer on samsung and it's ai for photos because that make the photo look unnatural... If you want to get natural photo you can turn it off👍 just info
