It would have made life much more manageable if I would have known about HSPs earlier in my life. I am 66 now, and as I look back, being an hsp caused me to hide myself and my emotions under a barrage of food. Discovering that I am an hsp has helped me to see why I have struggled with so many things, including feeling like an anomaly. I now embrace this trait, and am learning to work with it instead of expecting myself to be “normal”, which is something I never felt anyways.
Ответитьdoc kendis cure my herpes simplex virus
ОтветитьI have literally related to everything....... For so long I have hard many questions about myself which I couldn't answer........ It all make sense now ....... Wow 😲
ОтветитьWeirdly enough, the descryption of HSP is literally and description of INFP Fi-Si
ОтветитьHSP and dismissive avoidant at the same time. I'm a nightmare
ОтветитьHow do i cure it
ОтветитьDenflty A Hsp because I do this things
As a Hsp
I guess I'm hyper sensitive in some ways but not all. Funny thing, I love gore and violence on screen but I'm so sensitive in other ways. It's never black and whithe though.
ОтветитьAll of those are correct to me and fit perfectly.
ОтветитьI have all of them
ОтветитьI found it!
This is my thing
I have been pondering whether or not I have adhd, autism, or some other trait. I knew somthinf was a bit off about me.
This is it. It's nice yo have a serchable term
Is there any community to meet other HSPs?
ОтветитьI am sixty-nine now and I have been able to relate to many of these traits for most of my life. I am a naturally quiet person and get quite alarmed in some cases. I have in later life found that I have a preference for my own company more than most
ОтветитьI always get up and leave before I cry in front of people. That's the way I handle that.
ОтветитьTheresxwas one of these psych to gos that had 8 traits and they all applied to me. Which is hard to find. About sensitivity. It mentioned moving on after a relationship. I played broken heart songs and my mother complained that that was something I should shut up about. I disagreed.
ОтветитьI never understood why I would sleep so fucking much on my days off even if I slept early and didn’t work … the day before it’s because my mind and body were resting from all the emotions and stuff m
ОтветитьI cannot watch Reservoir Dogs. I fully know it is acting, I fully know it is not real. However, even watching fake violence is too much, as my subconscious does not know the difference, the feelings are the same. I am a 61 year old male. Being an HSP has made my life hell, no other way to describe it. Living Hell! If I could shut this off, I would! It is not a gift!
Ответитьi am not officially diagnosed yet i am definite . pray for me 💔
ОтветитьWell i have a friend who is a HSP but for some reason his parents are super strict on him.
For some reason my HSP friend said hes not an HSP even though he has the same traits as an HSP idk why he thinks that but he is a really nice person.
I know I'm a hsp I relate to all 8 Thankyou ❤
ОтветитьYes, yes and yes.
ОтветитьThe need to withdraw socially can lead to self-medicating which can increase one’s sensitivity from a rebound effect when the medication wears off resulting in more anxiety.
ОтветитьOH MY GOSH!!!! I was yelling out 'YES' to every scenario! Explained me in a nutshell. Finally, a compact way to explain to family and friends who find me difficult to understand!!! Thanks so much p2go
ОтветитьI relate to all the traits T^T
I agree with you 💯 percent about this! I will not tell you if have the gift
ОтветитьThis is so true 👍
ОтветитьHSP with ADHD...Fun combo that needs its own video
Ответитьevery once and a while i look up my hsp traits again 😩
ОтветитьTotally agree with each and every points 🥺🥺
ОтветитьI'm highly sensitive to the grating voice in this video & I'm so sad I couldn't watch it 😭
ОтветитьU cried when there was fireworks
ОтветитьThank you so much
ОтветитьBack in the '80s, they called us "Indigo Children" or "Star Children".
I am definitely a highly sensitive kitteh. Always have been. Just now learning to embrace it and use the gift.
People think I'm ungrateful for crying at little things but how do I stop crying? If I feel like crying, how do you want me to stop it? :'(
ОтветитьHSP is not only about emotional things. HSPs are very often accomplished artists, musicians or writers.
I identify as one and that has always been something that I accommodate in life, avoiding very crowded subways, crowded malls. I never drive over 70mph.
This is me !
ОтветитьThe thing that makes it annoying is when their selfish and don’t want to hear other people say even when you don’t argue and they take it like that
ОтветитьIm an hsp😊
ОтветитьPerez Nancy Smith William Thomas Barbara
ОтветитьYes I'm a hsp but living in an insensitive world is the hardest part people just don't understand me

ОтветитьInteresting subject, but im not vibing with the kid's show vibe of the production. The execution is silly.
ОтветитьThis has described me so well but I don’t hav rot do I.. I really wanna know cause I looked into it and HSD really relate to me and I do not know how to ask someone for help. I do not know how to ask if I have it?
