Very good video, I just bougt a NMS8220 on Ebay so regarding the RAM chips and hacks this tutorial will be handy ! I usually use the same soldering/dessoldering method as you, but some PCB are not so forgiven so I prefer to use Dessoldering Wire to clean up the holes.
