To the top commentator IndraEMC, youre both right and wrong. Ofc it is an individual who make a crime, also ppl tend to group islam and middle eastern norms togheter. But when it comes to criminal statistics you need to look at groups to see overrepresentation and why that is. A human is both biology and culture in symbiosis, culture can give humans ideas, ideas comes to action. Secondly you dont seem to understand differences in empathy between groups, where most humans got external shame as social control, a few human groups because of differences in empathy got internalized guilt. When people with different empathy lack external shame culture as social control by settling in countries who uses guilt, things can go very wrong. I am from Sweden, immigrant groups are heavily overrepresented in rapes and also before immigration the word "gang rape" didnt even exist on our language and they deliberately choose women from certain ethnic groups. For more info on human psychology and culture I recommend articles from psychologist Nicolai Sennels and anthropologist Peter Frost.
