ОтветитьI am so happy I found you! I have been a vegan for 14 years, off & on raw-bouts throughout that time but it’s been about 3.5 years since my last tong-term raw commitment.
I just picked up juicing again (bought my Nama to replace my old juicer I had for those 14 years lol), last week &to start my days, & as of the last 3 days have committed to fully raw.
It’s very different this time around ; in so many wonderful ways but also in ways that is really testing my discipline. I am pushing for 1 week completely raw, then 2, then 3 weeks.. one week at a time for me.

ОтветитьSpring rolls are one of my fave and go to meals. I love to add fresh herbs like mint & cilantro in the rolls. But I’ve never tried raw phad Thai. I gotta try that! Btw, if you soak/massage kelp noodles in a bit of lemon juice and baking soda, they will soften nicely.
