This is no joke and a seriously great routine! I am just beginning to get back into fitness and challenged myself to do 15 minutes and lemme tell you...WHEW! This is for the weak who want to get strong! A great workout which doesn't give me a headache...I challenge you!

ОтветитьThis wasn't fun as it targeted a single part of the body repeatedly that too with back to back exercises. I hope you add a video that shuffles between the target body area so there is some resting and recovery time.

ОтветитьI love the workout but I feel like at the beginning there was too much leg workout (for me) I almost passed out hahahah 🤣 for me it would be easier if there were some other exercises between the leg exeecises ❤

ОтветитьHello! I don’t see a lot of people doing it but for people actually curious to see if this workout is helpful then I am doing it for 7 days and if I don’t see results by the 7 days then I will quit. Let’s get started!!
Start- 139.2 lbs
Day 1- ✅❌ okay I did like until the 20 min mark and holy shit I’m dead. I can’t finish I am way too tired I will try to build my way up to the full workout

ОтветитьI made it to the 34 minute mark 🥳 this was the first one hour video I tried to make and though I started slacking a bit after the 28 minute mark I’m glad I got that far, I’m proud of myself even if I couldn’t do them all as my legs were shaking like a newborn fawn 😂 I sweat a lot and lord I wanted to turn on the fan but wow that was great 👍 😁
