I keep on getting errors and in Google chrome I get this notification everytime I run the tests

Hi, could you help. I keep getting an error, which is "OSError" when I get to the License part when running poetry init. Follow up of the log says " [WinError 1920] The file cannot be accessed by the system C:\\Users\\{{mylaptopname}}\\AppData\\Local\\Microsoft\\WindowsApps\\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.10_qbz5n2kfra8p0\\python.exe\\Scripts'

can you please help me? i received this error after running pytest, TypeError: required field "lineno" missing from alias. what does that mean and how do i fix it? i would greatl appreciate the help.
