I have another vehicle than has lane correction. I turned it off. It actually takes the wheel andmoves it back between the lines. Sometimes there's a damn good reason I'm going over the line - cuz the truck in front of me is - and if there's no one in the lane next to me I move over a bit. I don't need my car fighting me to steer back.

The only thing I dislike about my ‘23 CX5 is the CarPlay is not wireless.

I’m having problems with the display screen it’s reset over and over again as if I just started the car up. I was told I may need an upgrade software from Madza. Idk I’m at a lost 😞

Love my 2017 Touring CX 5. After watching the video I don’t think it’s necessary to upgrade.

I have a 2019 CX5 with the BOSE system (including the subwoofer) and it doesn't have the slide controls you show. Mine just has boxes that you check.

'Didn't know'? Not only are these is in the manual, but child locks are required in the US... Have been for like 30 years.

Centerpoint doesn’t turn Bose audio on/off, it is the automatic surround sound level adjustment.

Just got mine. I would estimate there are about 600 pages of things I don’t know. My brain is hurting with all this stuff I don’t need.

Bose doesn’t come “turned off”. That doesn’t even make sense. Bose is the stereo system, speakers etc. Some of the Bose features (that some wouldn’t want to use) arent defaulted as on.

you're a jabroni. Other than the 2nd row seat recline, everything you mentioned is super obvious to anyone that has spent ~10 minutes operating the vehicle.

I didn’t know you can’t change your own battery without having the dealer clear the error codes. Only thing I hate.

The centerpoint is not the bose system itself but just a feature of it.

The rain sensing wipers are horrible. It was constantly changing speeds, sometimes going full speed when it wasn’t raining very hard. If you go into the settings you can deselect rain sensing wipers and they will operate like any normal intermittent wiper and the ring on the control stalk become interval.

Also, automatic high beams are equally kludgey. I disabled them too. I’ve been driving a car for 50 years. Flipping the high beams off is automatic for me anyway.

My 2022 Preferred has a credit for the power lift gate and 10 speaker Bose audio system thanks to stupid Tesla and all the EVs hogging up all the chips making a chip shortage those bastards. I really wanted the Bose audio like on my dad's old Maxima and the power rear lift gate. Damn you Tesla!

If the power lift gate system ever failed, how could the lift gate be opened and closed?

these are absolutely standard features that are widely advertised.
you'd have to be a grade-A moron to not know about these basic things you paid a shitload extra for.

Is this a cx-5 sport, touring, or does it just have all the extra features? Because mine has a good handful of differences including, but not limited to, a different looking fob and door handle lock
