How do I search things by price on google

How can I get Google to show me all of the results it claims to return? It always tells me that it found millions or even billions of results, but it only will let me click through about 15 pages or so of repetitive big media outlet results and ads. Where are all the results, Google? Why can't I search the web instead of just searching major advertisers and media outlets?
