This is next level! I dont understand a few things though:
1. When do you take a break? How can you possibly wake up at 4am then work until the evening without crashing?
2. What do you mean that your morning routine lasts from 4am-12pm?
3. Do you wake up and start working right away? No meditation/priming before?
Dan I liked your videos a lot & am trying to implement your precious words. Thank you.
ОтветитьThank you so much for sharing this portion of your life
ОтветитьReally good Dan!! I just wrote this out. I'm almost there but I love the discipline on the time blocking...for me, I realize I have been all over the place in my schedule throughout the years. ..sometimes my hair was on fire. lol, I have had great success with that but I can imagine this will skyrocket my goals.
ОтветитьI loved this content i am new to your channel i just found it today
ОтветитьWhy is it so hard to find angel investors when they know their contribution can accelarate excellent companies or startups. Sure, a lot have to invest internally and won't take risks. But you never hear back from an investor no matter how good the idea or vision is. Talking from a 30 years business development perspective.
ОтветитьI loved the video. I'm confused about one thing though. I'm totally on board with not multi-tasking and batching tasks, but then you mentioned that you'll get on a bike for internal meetings and read books while you recover in a hot tub. Isn't that multi-tasking?
I could see how certain tasks e.g. cycling, soaking in a hot tub are not attention demanding and maybe that's the answer, don't do 2+ attention demanding activities at once.
Awesome video! Super insightful! Coming to your hike in 2024!
Ответить"Oh I'm a great multi-tasker. No you're not." That is a great insight. I tried the alphabet-counting exercise and it's definitely hard! Thanks for the video.
ОтветитьUndertated content with this guy
ОтветитьWhen you wake up in the morning, do you immediately start working or not?
ОтветитьBy my favorite Guru, always blows my mind how he hasn’t blown up yet!
Ответитьlove this
ОтветитьFantastic insights, Dan! 🚀 The life of a CEO is anything but ordinary, and effective time management is critical. Here are my top three takeaways from "How CEOs Schedule Their Day":
1⃣ Prioritize the Important Over the Urgent: It's so easy to get caught up in the urgent daily tasks and forget about the crucial, longer-term initiatives. The best CEOs know how to distinguish between the two and allocate time accordingly.
2⃣ Time Blocks for Deep Work: Setting aside dedicated blocks of time for focused, uninterrupted work can lead to significant progress on projects. These moments of deep work can be the difference between a good CEO and a great one.
3⃣ Self-care is Non-negotiable: Amidst the hustle, top CEOs never forget to schedule time for self-care, whether it's meditation, exercise, or even just short breaks. A well-rested and healthy CEO is far more effective.
Dan, your expertise and experience shine through in every video. Thanks for helping budding CEOs and entrepreneurs elevate their game with tried and tested strategies. Keep lighting the way! 🔥
Quality of the video was 🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьGreat video Dan! Your book BBYT is an instant classic. I've re-read it many times and am working to implement it fully. The home manager has been life-changing. Question? You mentioned in the podcast not too long ago about a progression pathway for employees to move up in your company...I'm not able to find it anymore...would you be able to share the link?
ОтветитьIs the trick to having 90 productive minutes in the morning, to get up before your kids do?
