Thanks for the show and tell, only things I think I'd change is dicing the meat down to smaller bits, a little less salt and substitute the celery for broccoli.

There's one ingredient missing......... butter. A 1/2 to full stick of butter makes it so much of a fuller taste. Looks excellent though.

I’m not a confident cook because my husband and children are super fussy (generally only like very very plain food or fast food) so I always get negative feedback if I try to make proper healthy meals (ie the type of food most people actually like). I made this and thought it turned out really well. I added minted peas which I thought went well. My children were not fans though all tried some of the beef and did not make too much of a fuss, and my husband barely commented but said to the children (not to me) ‘it’s good’. In any case I thought it was perfect 💞🙂
