Install MacOS Catalina On VirtualBox On Windows (Tested on Low Configuration Desktop)

I'm having the same error it never gets to the apple screen and the booting screen goes on loop.
Please solve my problem

Horrible undetailed tutorial , and also I came from a site that claimed this tutorial was a show and tell of an actual "vmdk" created and already implemented to work as is in virtual box, not and iso installation of catalina
