SharePoint Views with Audience Targeting

Thanks, Pete Rose went to site content, selected the list, and changed the view wouldnt he be able to see All Items?

Is this possible with SharePoint Online/Modern View? I tried it but when I switch back to modern it doesn't work... :(

did you enable the audience targeting from Advance settings as well or just added audience targeting in web part only?
