Problem with Tierlists

I've seen more than a few (still anecdotal I know) players that don't like mages play Syndra just to prove a point and have a higher winrate than normal in GM/Challenger. That champ is in no way super difficult. Imagine if when she poked, she lost her ability to use E to peel herself like if Vex pokes she loses passive and is now screwed. When control mages are doing more or the same damage as mages designed for damage and lack CC, then it's a joke. Look at Orionna, I love Ori, but that damage is WAY TOO HIGH on top of the constant slows, speed-ups, shields, and displacements that tenacity can't do much about.

I can be a 2/5/10 Syndra support and still nearly 1 shot people as a side effect while peeling my ADC. Tanks I don't even attempt, but that comes down to how overtuned armor pen is atm. I'm not going to say magic pen is undertuned, because I'm fine not getting 100-0'd as Ornn top with 200 MR vs an LB that's 1 level down, losing lane and roaming.

Does that mean if I climb with a d tier champion i am better ?

If only you could make separate tier lists for ease of play vs played to perfection... oh wait, if a tier list doesn't specify, it usually already implies that they're being played optimally, oops!

Azir would be a better example than Fiora imo. Fiora is good in all elos rn because she is genuinely a bit op, Azir on the other hand struggles on all elos except for challenger where players can actually play him to his potential.

Tierlists shouldnt exists for League cha,mpions because everyone has their own opinions about them and everybody plays them differently. Not everyone can do the 4 hit Ult on Fiora

why is Fiora such a winner? She cant team fight For Shyt. All she can really do is win lane and hard split push, but you better have someone who can get it done once you get into the enemy base.
