If in a moment of anger you think about hurting someone, it does not mean you are a violent/bad person. Learn to observe the thoughts and let them go, they are not indicative of you as a being

I never understood why people are so afraid of silence and being alone with their own thoughts. Some people just want to believe they have "dark" thoughts or something is wrong with them. Don't be dramatic just roll with it. If we have to live around your thoughts, you should be ok with living them.
