putting a specific effect on every sound really makes your song sound atmospheric, like DJ Enthrall & Angstorm - Extr. S.O.S. has a bitcrusher on every sound or intentionally distorting the entire song (or album) like fifth era - see you in hell
Ответитьanother great video thank you!
ОтветитьOne effect I use ALOT to bring in a track is I reverse the mixed track and then add reverb - quite wet, around 30-50% - THEN reverse it again, so its playing forward.
Congratulations! You have a big spooky, smooth intro.
Add a bit of increasing saturation that just stops at it zenit, a quick fade out of the effected track... Hey presto! A dramatic big intro without doing any extra recording or composing.
It s not 🏭
ОтветитьSick video man! What sample libraries do you use in this video if you don’t mind me asking?
ОтветитьWhat you did with the first sound should be considered crime
ОтветитьDude your video is amazing, there’s a lot of bitches complaining but they miss the point, this was GREAT FOR LEARNING!
Ответитьbro, you should take a course to learn how to produce industrial music, I really like the way you teach
ОтветитьOh my god I needed this
ОтветитьDistortion, delay, reverb + metallic and world drum kits = industrial music (oversimplified, i know). 🤔 Good video 👍
ОтветитьGet shaperbox, will make your sound design life so much easier
ОтветитьThat boi be bit crushing
Ответитьlove ur sound!! and nice tricks btw, thanks!!
ОтветитьBro! This is so incredibly inspiring. Thank you!
ОтветитьHelpfull notes here on The Process!!!! 😂 (Skinny Puppy)
ОтветитьThis is why some bands are absolute trash playing live....
ОтветитьFx stands for effects, so calling them effectses is just wrong.
ОтветитьWaiting for the industrial techno.
ОтветитьI tried getting into production and writing my own music a few years ago, and it was one of those things that faded away into oblivion. Watching this, I think I oughta give it another go.
ОтветитьKMFDM has it Down . Probably because they're German, known for perfection .
ОтветитьI don’t know anything about music but this is very cool ❤
ОтветитьThis is absolutely incredible!
ОтветитьBack then I had very little access to effects. If some synths didn't have built in reverb I had none. New hardware synths, sampler, sequencer, drum machines, cables, stands and monitors were my priority. Midi days were amazing but DAW blows me away
ОтветитьLately I do few new to me things. One of them is to distort the sound pretty heavy, than put low pass on it and than some high pass. If the thing doesn't sound good enough EQ. Onother one-short percussion sound reversed in a roll. Another-phaser on different settings on pretty much every synth. I feel any soud can fit somewhere. Any effect can be used in any way. Especially in industrial.
ОтветитьWhat DAW are you using to make Industrial music and other genres of music?
ОтветитьThe most important tip is one you did not mention: start with a nice sound or loop. If you don’t you’ll never get them to sound great!
ОтветитьWhat software are you using? Fl? Sorry im new
Ответитьonly 58k views? this video is just like.. wow
ОтветитьThis is a brilliant video , awesome stuff , subbed
Ответитьnice video no cap
Ответитьdamn, this video is about sound design and the sound on this video isn't shit and is not destroying my ears when I turn the volume all the way up.
ОтветитьDouble your kick with a Linndrum one, glue them, serve hot.
Ответитьwith regards to 'humanize your sounds' You're using Cubase which offers both Random Quantize and Random Velocity options for your hits, you can adjust the range of randomness with a % meter. I use alongside Addictive Drums to add further realism to my programmed drum tracks, after manual velocity and timing edits
ОтветитьChe bravo !! 🤩
Complimenti sei geniale
What exactly did you do by making your toms uneven in "Humanize your sounds"? Do you mean, tweaking them to not hit at exactly the same time? It looks like you cut all 12 or whatever hits individually and scooted them left and right to be just off. Is that what's happening? This is the most helpful video I have ever watched. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьJust like that
ОтветитьThis has nothing to do with Industrial music.
ОтветитьSuper cool
Ответитьnone of this is "INDUSTRIAL"
ОтветитьExcellent video mate. Going to make a lot of use of this!
ОтветитьI love your aggressive sound and creativity! Where can I check out your work? I've searched for Tonepusher, but have only found sound packs etc. Do you publish songs too?
ОтветитьUauu, amazing video! <3
ОтветитьThese are ticks that I use in pretty much all my productions and sound design! Let me know which one is your favorite and If I missed some :)
