Ответить😱😱 the fact that I made these a week before with the original method, wasted my whole day because the butter won't firm up that easily, even in the freezer (Indian climate fail).. And OMG I can't believe how easy it is this way... You're a GENIUS🤯🤯🤯... plus I can also control the amount of butter

ОтветитьDid twice as instructed but it really do not end up like this, did u edit the most important aspect in making this bread? Not as crispy and not as go,den brown. My croissant was so pale, not crispy and a little burnt in the bottom even I put the tray on the upper partof the oven.

I love the fact that it did not take days to make, my sister has made them before and they took days. So at this moment I have tasted my first croissant that I have made!
