how can i make a routine with alexa ? i does not show up .

Hi, i need some help please. i want to purchase switchbot meter or the Plus version and i would like to set up to turn on my smart socket switch when reaching 16 C and turn off at 20 C. Do i need to have hub for this? and which is more suitable for me the meter or the plus version? Thank you

Hi, I can not see any switchbot devices in the IFTTT app. I have a switchbot thermometer. When I connect via the switchbot app to the IFTTT app and select a switchbot trigger. The thermometer does not show in the device list so I cant create the trigger any ideas?

Please add the time/clock in the interface!

Why does she have to move each device before using it? It completely defeats the purpose of switchbot to automatically start different devices. Love the products but the commercial is useless!
