Just at the end, I wonder if the applicant interview schedule and the manager interview schedule should be separate lines? I get the idea that both are different, they should not be join at their departure action and then break apart in different directions. Instead, I suggest, each should have a separate and unique departure to their entities.

if I am not wrong you forgot to link job database with the 3.0 process
