I wonder if the paint is extra warm and if that helps avoid orange peel because it's slightly more runny.

ОтветитьHow often do they have to milk those udders on the spray heads?
ОтветитьNow I know how all that orange peel is made
ОтветитьThe paint area would have to be the worst area for the Oompa Lumpas to be working… that smell would be horrible
ОтветитьThis video should really have a short description of what's happening in each segment.
ОтветитьI wondered how factories polish the paint. It appears there are large wool buffing rollers which polish the primer coat, probably with abrasive compounds. They didn't show any polishing after the basecoat-clearcoat. Does it come out that smooth and shiny just from spraying? It shows inspection cameras with uV light. How do they mark imperfections for techs to repair? Is the info stored electronically and the locations displayed to techs as marks on a computer image?
ОтветитьWondering if there is any humans polishing paint
