API level 28 Error with Google play ( Unity Engine)

Thank you, was having issues after upgrading to the LTS version of 2019 and was able to get Unity to self-update using the method.

I dont see api 29 option in drop down. Using Unity 2018.4.11f1. SDK 29 and build tools 29 are installed but still can't find
