This is a textbook example of why they created the Goldwater Rule. This quack compared a person testifying at legal deposition, after a redeye flight the night before, and comparing it to movies he rehearsed and memorized lines for, and interviews he clearly would have prepped for, and decided he was cognitively slow.

With regards to the "mini mental exam", I would just like to make it perfectly clear that, when performing any kind of psychiatric evaluation, you ABSOLUTELY DO have to make sure the subject is not intoxicated at the time of evaluation.
