You are my HERO!! I have taken the TN Property & Casualty exam on my first attempt with examfx, its great don't get me wrong, but i was having trouble grasping it and retaining it and I got a 69!! I am now watching ALL of your videos that pertain to P&C and WOW what a difference i am way more confident about my retake, my wife also works for the same company used ALOT of your videos and passed her P&C test first try. @ieq-pls clarify. Dp3 some say it doesnt cover "theft", however it can be endorsed. Dp3 only cover theft in case of "relocate". Can u clarify, im confused. Tks

@IEQ- confused can u clarify. DP3-Some say “theft” is not covered some say it is(online researched), the DP3 exclusion doesn’t mention theft. Some say it’s only covered in a “removal” circumstances. I’m unclear. Tks

I discovered your videos by accident when I was looking for something to help me retain all this information after I failed the Casualty General exam. The 2 day online course was so overwhelming! I passed the IL Casualty State but then failed the Property General and passed the IL State Property. I can't tell you how many videos of yours I've watched, read the materials out loud, taken notes, made outlines etc. and I'm still having trouble. I don't know what else to do! I'm planning on retaking the two Generals this Wednesday hoping that not too much time has passed and I can still recall some things or should I wait and study more? I'm at such a loss! I can't afford (literally and figuratively) to fail these two again. My new employer won't let me start either until I've passed everything. I could really use your help! PLEASE!!!

I'm in my early 60s, can't afford to retire yet, and had to pass the insurance exam to keep my job. The book I was given at work gave facts about dwelling policies but never actually explained them. So perils that are typically excluded on DP-3 would be Earthquake, volcano, Government action, War, Flood, ordinance or law, etc, right? BUT, you can endorse those if you want to?

This is helping me understand dwelling and homeowners so much better , the cousre we are currently using is the ad banker and they make things harder to understand

You can use BIG AFFECT - Burglary, Ice-Selet-Snow(weightof), Glass Breakage, Accident Discharge of Water, Freezing Objects, Falling Objects, Electrical Current, Tearing Asunder (water heaters, air conditioning, heating, automated sprinkler system)

It is the additional coverages covered under BROAD that you had BBB ICE GOLF

Are you talking about Texas? The insurance company I just got hired on with, has us going through Kaplan. She (the instructo) hasn't mentioned this acronym. Is this one for Texas dwelling or Homeowners policies?

Haven't had my P & C license in 5 years. Guess what, let it lapse 😥. Just took the northeast Mississippi test, and PASSED. Couldn't have done it without your videos. Watched ALL of them, never cracked a book, never wrote a single letter. Passed the test based SOLELY on your content. BY FAR, you are the best insurance content creator on You Tube. Not even close!!!
