Most of these homes must be sitting on banks books but no one has looked at or they have been written off. They could get a salvage company to come in and at least make some money back. Sad to see so much go to waste when there are so many in need.

Through research, I can find no evidence that Rihanna owned this property. It seems that it was made up, possibly by this channel. I have found the address of this place, who owned it and how long they owned it. This place has not been on the market since the 90s from what I can find. This place has not been inhabited in quite some time and developed mold damage, likely due to frozen pipe water damage from the heat not being turned on in the winter.
