What's up with the supposed novelty of the HSL mask? What does it have to do with HDR? I'm sorry if I come off as aggressive, but we've been doing that since forever in pro coloring suites, and while I appreciate that they're adding this function to the program, I just don't understand what's supposedly innovative about it or what it has to do with HDR. I feel HDR is the new 4K in the sense that it's this technical term brands are throwing around to sell stuff. Does this make sense or am I not getting something?

It would be nice if multi cam angle sync with multiple clips could be done across the bank of CPUs (not sure if that would be a GPU thing I suspect CPU). Even when I select multiple clips and use the Sync to Monitoring Angle and then check CPU usage I see only 2 CPU cores being calling into action. With multiple clips ON THE SAME timeline I see no reason why each could not be queued and processed independently.

Do you still have to convert hlg to see it without it being overexposed on the timeline or does fcpx finally do it automatically like how premier does?
