Death, like other Cosmic Entities, is omnipotent in their domain, but each has certain limitations and rules. Death has complete reign over all life, yet she cannot kill unless they agree. That was why she needed Agatha to convince Billy. And why Agatha chose to become a ghost in order to be rid of Death for good.

It was really cool that her being death makes a lot of things from the first episode make sense.

Why death said she couldn’t kill Agatha. Why Agatha said she couldn’t absorb Deaths power.

And even at the end when Agatha claimed she didn’t save Billy, it was just a gambit. Which is fair, she assumed she couldn’t absorb deaths power, but she couldn’t really know unless she tried.

I dunno. I wouldn’t say hela is a ‘servant’ of death. I picture more as death being like a ruler and hela being the her right hand. I imagaine they would have mutual respect for each other but death is more powerful over all. But still I think Rio would respect hela to much to refer to her as only a mere servant.

I think it would be cool if it turned out that Rio Vidal was present for some of the major character deaths we have seen throughout the franchise & could have even played a small part in them herself. I mean she is DEATH.

I really enjoy this iteration of Death. She still retains the sleekness, intimidation, and cunning that many “Death” characters have while also an original tie to nature or “green magic”. And the half skull face is honestly way cooler than a full skull

they were even holding her off, she was negotiating with them

I don’t think this was thee death. I think like how hela is a servant of death and how supernatural has thousands of reapers rio is probably one of many still holding the name death. (Ik supernatural isn’t in this universe it’s just an idea) being bound by rules is one thing but she had a hand to hand fight with a powerless Agatha death would be way above that.

Can someone please explain why death wanted to kill Agatha at the end. Like what made it that agathas time to die was at the end of the series. Agatha looked healthy and in real life if your healthy no chance of you dying whereas if you were in a coma it makes sense for death to come take you. So my point/question why was rio trying to kill agatha. That made no sense. Nicky I understand because he was supposed to be born dead so that is a reason why she would take him. But whats the reason death wants Agatha. Is it because agatha lived to long or did Agatha make a bargain? Someone please kindly explain
