Google Pixel 3 Camera REVIEW - Worth the HYPE?

After 18 Hours of failed uploads, finally got my Google Pixel 3 Camera Review Up! Most of the vid was shot on the Pixel 3 to give you a sense of what the quality is like and the type of content you can create. Absolutely loving the front facing ultra wide cam and of course portrait mode is crispy. Night Shift will be coming in around a month :)

SKIP. Waiting for the Google team to get their act together to come up with a physical design that doesn't include a horribly deep notch and for decent audio (as many have pointed out). Hoping that Pixel 4 is a redo in a dramatically better way.

Sound isn't improved..isn't it ?? Camera is cool...

I'm really starting to think keeping my 2XL would be a good idea. As most of the camera updates (besides zoom I think, which is good but isn't that fantastic) will be coming to the 2. Also the audio recording is a let down. Plus I believe both the 3 and 3XL still have a black crush issue, which I really hate on my 2XL.
So the audio, zoom and screen improvements (mainly the crushing) was what I was looking forward to the most and are only slightly impressive . In saying that I guess I shouldn't bother? Lol.
Also forcing gestures on the 3 seems kind of dumb. To me it takes more actions/steps to do some things then the nav buttons did. I also miss the old way of getting into split screen. Was soo much better. Anyways that's my 2cents.

No doubt. Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 Xl were already the best camera smartphones. The Pixel 3 and 3Xl just raise the bar even higher

Hey man thank you so much...I have been on the fence about selling my Pixel 2 XL 128gb and getting the pixel 3 XL 128gb...but as you said it's pretty much not much of an upgrade at this point... using a moment lens and case on my Pixel 2 XL pretty much bumps up my Pixel 2 XL to a 3 XL minus the notch. And.....I hearing that the rear camera lens in the Pixel 3 XL is the exact same camera lens in the Pixel 2 XL...so yeah I'll hold off for the Pixel 4 bit in the meantime... check out the iPhone 10s Max.

I sold my Pixel 2 XL for 500 bucks on Swappa and am getting tht $50 credit from google for pre ordering a Pixel 3 so my net cost (i'm not going with Notch City, but the regular one) is like 300 and change.

I'll always choose Pixel 3 over the XL. Coz it has symmetrical design, small phone factor & obviously no ugly notch.
