groovy genre. good tutorial.
ОтветитьYour track is a banger - you should release it!
ОтветитьIDK if I can trust a white english person to teach us about mapiano
ОтветитьYour head is there
ОтветитьThanks a ton bro. This is the first amapiano tutorial I’ve seen in ableton. Love from Ghana 🇬🇭
ОтветитьWell done! Yes, the commonest bpm at the moment is 112, and the guys to learn from are obviously the Scorpion Kings--Kabza and Maphorisa. Amapiano is eclectic: there's SA jazz (the pianos obviously, but also sax), kwaito beats, a bit of tribal, local vocals, and the ever-present background of house. It does seem important though to avoid the heavy kick drum of house and if you use 4/4 to not make it too obvious. Amampiano also has this neat trick of suddenly dropping the beat or slowing down before returnig to the main groove.
Ответить116 bpm is a bit fast...
ОтветитьThanks man thats good work
Ответитьhow do I find the "Warble Rhythem Noise Pad"
ОтветитьSouth Africa is a fascist nest. Not a big fan of anything coming from there.
ОтветитьThank you for actually going in-depth on this, using theory terms I can understand cuz it's been hard tryna decipher between everything. I like it a lot and hope to make some in the future
Ответитьnew sub! Keep doing tuts on new music styles :)
ОтветитьWhere is the link for the log drum
Ответитьgreat thank you! is there an option for ableton 10 live for log drums?
ОтветитьGreat tutorial. Btw, that Jay Music tune sound a lot like GQOM to me, it's somewhere betweeb that and Amapiano. I love both so that's a really cool tune.
ОтветитьAmapiano to the world!
ОтветитьReally appreceated this tut man. Bought the log bass coz of you!
ОтветитьFrom the Motherland, nicely done Will.
Ответитьloved this vibe!
ОтветитьGreat video once again. Normally I come to you for lofi advice. But always love to discover new things.
Especially when it's a video from you.
Peace!
Wow recently made a ableton logdrum device for ableton! How cool, thanks for the video!
ОтветитьIf you have arturia analog lab v you can find the log drum in the Roland DX7 instrument (the best sounding), that is of course you don't use FL and cannot access the Fruity DX10.
ОтветитьLoved this video Will. You definitely nailed this production
ОтветитьThis is a vibe
ОтветитьGreat work bro. The only downside of making amapiano (also called the yanos' here at home 😂) overseas is that you can only find the best singers of the genre here at home in Africa.
ОтветитьNice one Will! always interesting...
ОтветитьCool video. Introduced me to new music and showed how to make it. Perfect 5/7 video
ОтветитьYou’re the best
