I got more than 100% of hike
But in 5 months only company did layoff becouse company lots it's business 🤣🤣

I just completed my switch in DevOps from 3.65 to 9lacs with 2 years experience.

Man this is hard. I negotiated with a HR today. I didn't wanted to give him a number and I politely replied I can't think of a number as of now give me some time or just give me whatever your budget allows. He still kept on asking this and on his 5th ask I blindly gave him a number and he said done. Now I'm stressing out as I only asked for 35% more. Should I ask for joining bonus?

I got a salary offer from hr for 6 lpa but I quoted 11 lpa hr is not getting convenienced I told my hr while meeting either 11 lpa otherwise I'll got with my another offer letter I didn't replied their mail for 2 days after 3 days hr offer me salary of 14 lpa

It's all about timing and how urgent requirement is... talk as less as possible to HR and always mention a number and stick to it.dont show desperation at any stage when you talk and be patient
