Let me tell they are not fighting well they only use no mental tactic only there to fight and am a kid red belt you might think I should not be talking but my master said for train self need focus spar focus and speed and have to use pattern or impossible and championship mental focus and speed and never use kick like an hundred time one thing I can tell you is my technique is speed focus mental and power and rage and loud kias and the first second if the game the one with rage and. Power and loudest Kia wins.but never give up also person who didn’t train don’t like training is not aloud to cry in sparing but train and other person than you can cry.also aim for head only
