Haha, when i saw the Athlean X ranking video i immediately thought of this series.
ОтветитьI wouldn't mind seeing EliteFTS if you haven't done them alreadg
ОтветитьI wondered if you would be interested in reviewing Alexander bromley Bullmastiff program.
ОтветитьI want to nominate Fazlifts for review. The guy is terribly underrated and under appreciated.
ОтветитьInclude Ivan Drujic
ОтветитьHey bro! For how long should I stick to one of your programs(for e.g the Apollonian Program) ? One last thing, what's your perspective on Eugene Sandow ? Thanks.
ОтветитьRP from my end:
- Programming - hesitating between 8 and 10 - 8 if its about quality, 10 if its about emphasis. Not that i think Mike doesnt program well but its his way of doing things only one will learn there, which is still incomplete programming knowledge. Lets average it at 9.
Experience 9 - Done everything one can do, but the last several years he spent interacting and training with a specific and very unique population (the likes of Jared) so sometimes I'm not sure how aware he is of the natty reality. So 1 point deduction
Seniority 10 - may be a young-ish channel, but Mike was a pretty highly sought after fitness figure back in 2015 or so already, so when they started their channel, it was pretty much as if they have been around for years by then. And with all the points NH mentioned, I think it doesnt get much more "senior" than this
Integrity - 9 - Slightly overstating certain things here and there and creating an illusion of needing more complexity for good results than whats needed, so minor point deduction. I don't think anybody gets a 10 on YT fitness, just for the record, Jeff Nippard might be the closest, but I think its literally impossible to be perfect there.
Usefulness - 10 or 9. The intention and effort is 10, in practice it might be 9 for some of the above points - I'll go for 9.
Empathy - 9 - Mike is highly empathetic, and when he fails to relate its never out of not caring.
Character - 10 - not for everybody but he is the type of guy who, when they start talking in a room, everybody listens.
Dogmatism - 6 - he can be a stubborn mofo.
God complex - 7 - he clearly thinks very highly of himself, which is impossible not to see even though he tries to stay humble. It's fair enough enough really, he has every reason to think highly of himself.
Supplements - 10 - no supp sells, talks about supps being crap.
Parasocial - 3 - NH's assessment was perfect. Minor piece of pride but I said almost the same thing about 1.5 years ago on my first podcast with GVS about (some of the) RP fanboys.
Content recycling - 8 - amazing to do so little of it w so much content
Originality -9 - agree that even when he covers an overdone topic, its somehow very unique. Besides that, he turned a collection of acronyms into household names, so good on him.
Science - 8 - he isnt keeping up w the science as much as others in his niche but thats probably a good thing, as that's a waste of time for the most part anyway. The deduction is more so for sometimes referring to science a bit too cavalierly when it's really just his opinion or theory.
Production - 6 - whatever, it doesn't matter to me but its fine.
Clickbait - 7 - a bit too many "pro bodybuilder"-s in their titles since Jared got his pro card but other than that, solid
Humor -8 - I think Mike is hilarious when he is being spontaneous and is just going with the flow. The deliberate jokes and the "Ahaha, I have no friends and girlfriend, and I have a small dick, ahahah" type jokes are...😫
Blackpill - 10 - I'd accept NH's deduction for making people think that good results come from PEDs, but I think most people would be extatic if they got considerably less muscle than Mike with his 35 FFMI. Plus Jared and Charlie are all about the "you can do anything if you have my work ethic" crap. If anything, they are too white-pill IMO.
Conciseness - 5 - perfect fit for a long walk, bad fit for an ADHD-kid
Physique - IDK, 10 I guess? I'm fine with 9 or 8 too, I don't really care tbh
162 in total if I did the math right lol
Have you seen vkvdm’s video on Blabla?
ОтветитьDo you have a summary table with the grades?
ОтветитьPlz do a blaha review
ОтветитьHaggis! Ha!
ОтветитьI'm a little partial to Jeremy Ethier. It's some of the first fitness content I found. I'm very much a beginner still and actually using his full body program because it's just a slightly modified version of what I was doing when I started. I think some of the points you mentioned are fair but it still feels a little harsh.
ОтветитьNH should review himself. Nattyception
Ответить😡 imagine ppl stealing from u
ОтветитьSuggestions:
Eugene Teo
Ivan Djuric
VitruvianPhysique
Jonni Shreve
Please do kneesovertoesguy, hybridcalistenics, eugene teo, fitness FAQ, clarence kennedy
ОтветитьI would like to see you grade Joe Fazer
ОтветитьSome suggestions for part VI or later:
John Meadows, Vitruvian Physique, Revival Fitness, Scooby1961, Team 3d Alpha, Peter Khatcherian, FitnessFAQs, Enkiri Elite Fitness, Basement Bodybuilding, Stand Strength, Steve Shaw, Vegan Gains (Now that he did not include Blablina), Squat University, Gravity Transformation, ScottHermanFitness, Noel Deyzel.
What score would you guys put on them?
Too bad Bloho didn't make it, I was already sensing a 0 on signority and dogmatism, and a -1 on phisyque.
You seem to be judging physiques almost soley based on size. Jeremy Either for example isn't a big guy so you gave him a low score, but he has a more aesthetic and balanced physique than most of the people receiving higher scores. You seem to be judging physiques like you would a modern bodybuilding competition. Many people like myself have no interest in having freakish amounts of muscle. Fitness is not synonymous with bodybuilding.
ОтветитьLove the understated humour
ОтветитьHouse of Hypertrophy?
ОтветитьJeremy is one of the few natural influencers certified with multiple fitness credentials and has a Kinesiology degree from a reputable university. He also interviews experts with actual credentials, unlike other fit influencers who collab with influencers who learned everything from binging YT videos. Score is harsh, but not surprising from NH lol
ОтветитьI watched Jeremy Ethier, and was subscribed, but that man makes working out feel like a chore, like homework. Renaissance Periodization is a funny, arrogant dude that is way less intelligent than he thinks. Especially when he talks about things outside of fitness.
The Bioneer is the only one I like from this batch.
Don't know the other two dudes though, might check out Bald Omni Man at some point, good channels keep shouting him out.
NH gets a low grade that's for sure. Such a hater
ОтветитьJoe Delaney should be next :D
ОтветитьExcuse me but how does the bioneer get more then Alex from Alphadestiny, GVS and BaldOmni man? I get you like him he seems way too overhyped for his content.
ОтветитьI'm a robot so I don't do that. Bruh🤣
ОтветитьStill waiting for the iconic Broscience review
ОтветитьRp ,BOM,NH,Alex,Jeff,Alan is best fitness channels out there
ОтветитьI know it's an older video, but I'd love to see discussions with you and some of these better channels, like RP's Mike Israetel. Just found your channel, solid content so far.
ОтветитьRP is basically a college course
ОтветитьCan’t believe I heard haggis in a NH video. What’s next? A haggis baguette?
ОтветитьWhat did he say he gives a 3 to RP? I couldn't understand
ОтветитьBrian ash is a fake natty that lowers his integrity
ОтветитьI understand the originality as 2 for Bald omni man. But I’d say he’s more of a 5-6 because of the way he adds memes, and intersects w his audience by saying “Chad” and things like that. Nobody in the industry is like him for that.

I'd give Jeremy originality a 1 since he's the channel that popularized the EMG activation per parts series before Ryan Humiston.
ОтветитьHis RP critique is extremely based. He’s literally Reddit incarnate. He and his followers need a study proving/validating everything they do or say.
Additionally, he’s terminally online. Listen to him on any podcast. Half the time he’s telling stories about arguing with people on Instagram about a post he made. Unreal to even talk about that.
I used to love Dr Mike but ever since he put out his 1/4 baked training app it's all he's talking about. The app isn't good (yet) but they present it like it's perfect and amazing and that's super disingenuous to me
ОтветитьI have suspected Brian Alsruhe uses steroids, not only because he has such a jacked physique despite only getting 4 hours sleep per night, but he has been closely associated with steroid users. Best example is that says he was close friends with professional strongman Mike Jenkins who died in 2013 from an enlarged heart caused by steroid use.
Do I think it really matters if Brian Alsruhe is on the juice? Not really if he isn't claiming natural. But I do have issue with steroid users who downplay the effects of PEDs.

It is weird you take away points for dogmatism, when you dislike fitness influencers reaching out their field of expertise. After watching the video on MovementByDavid, shouldnt you rather be inclined giving points to people staying in their zone?
ОтветитьPlease do scooby1961
ОтветитьSo basically the Bioneer is a 9.9 cuz he's human, and RP is 9.9 cuz of his fans
ОтветитьWHERE'S DAN JOHN?
ОтветитьFunny the MDs are the ones that plagerized the doctor title, they arent suppose to hand it out to just practitioners of a profession only those that advance it. 99% of MDs just practice
ОтветитьYou said your evaluation would be based on objective metrics, yet here you are commenting and rating his humor(the most subjective of the metrics there is).
